Terms of Use & Drop Terms

You must be old enough to enter into a binding contract in your state to reserve or purchase a Drop. By using the site you represent that you meet this requirement.

• Each Drop is a genuinely limited release with a fixed number of picks.
• A reservation places a temporary hold on a pick while you complete checkout.
• A reservation is not a completed purchase.
• A purchase becomes final only after Shopify confirms your payment.
• If your reservation expires or payment does not complete, inventory can become unavailable before the sale is finalized.

To keep Drops fair, we enforce per-customer limits. Attempts to bypass those limits — including using multiple accounts, aliases, or automated tools — may result in cancelled orders without refund of any applicable service fees, at our discretion.

Unless a Drop explicitly offers shipping, all picks are local pickup only in the Fort Worth, Texas area. Pickup details are emailed and (where a phone number is provided) texted to you after payment is confirmed.

Please pick up within the window we communicate. If a pick is not claimed within a reasonable time and you have not contacted us, we may repackage or donate the contents. Where feasible, we will attempt to reach you before doing so.

Shipping is only offered on Drops that explicitly say so on the Drop page and provide a shipping option in Shopify checkout. When offered, shipping terms and costs are shown at checkout.

Images and descriptions are provided for reference. Manufacturer packaging, sizes, and labels can change without notice. If we need to substitute an item, we aim to match category and value.

Ingredient and allergen information is printed on each product's packaging. It is your responsibility to check packaging before eating any item.

Products are handled and stored alongside other candy, chocolate, and snacks that may contain milk, soy, wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, or eggs. Cross-contact is possible. If you have a serious allergy, please take that into account before purchasing.

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the site or complete reservations.
• Interfere with or attempt to circumvent security features, rate limits, or per-customer purchase limits.
• Resell reservations or Drop links.
• Use the site in any way that violates applicable law.

Because Drops are limited and time-sensitive, we do not guarantee cancellations after payment. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

If we cancel a Drop or a specific pick after payment, we refund the affected order in full through Shopify. Refunds for other reasons are issued at our discretion in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.

We work to keep the site available during Drops, but we can't promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream outages, or technical issues may temporarily affect the site or a specific Drop.

The Swedish Candy Culture name, logo, site design, and original content are our intellectual property or that of our licensors. Product names, brand marks, and packaging shown on the site belong to their respective owners.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of your use of the site or a Drop is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot lawfully be waived.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
